 This is my "go to" p rioritized first aid kit list for a main mobile trauma bag. These items should be regularly checked and cycled as needed.  A first aid kit is an absolute essential for preparing for any emergency situation. There are many different levels of first aid kits. The kit can be as simple as cold packs and Band-Aids or all the way up to tourniquets and suture packs, it all depends on your skill set and comfort levels.
