Prioritized First Aid Kit List

 This is my "go to" p rioritized first aid kit list for a main mobile trauma bag. These items should be regularly checked and cycled as needed. Building a complete First Aid Kit

 A first aid kit is an absolute essential for preparing for any emergency situation. There are many different levels of first aid kits. The kit can be as simple as cold packs and Band-Aids or all the way up to tourniquets and suture packs, it all depends on your skill set and comfort levels. First aid kits are worth their weight in gold when certain situations arise, some places I like to keep first aid kits are at home, vehicle, garage, and even in a backpack I carry everywhere I go. I will go over some of the items that are imperative to have to prepare for the unknown. My goal is to help you get together a first aid kit no matter the need!
